Situation
The client already had an existing website but had a lot of copies that were in PDF, printed, and doc forms. They wanted someone to digitize their materials to add them online. The client also needed someone to manage their applications.
Challenges
Migrating all of the client’s materials to an online platform will take time. There are also changes that need to be done to the client’s site to accommodate all of the new content. The client’s website was also outdated and needed an update to modernize the site while keeping the old feel.
Solution
The team converted all the documents into soft copies to be found on the website. The site was modernized by using Divi. The new website takes online applications skipping the step of having visitors print and send the forms. The old look and feel of the website were preserved as the client requested.
Outcome
The modernized site allows visitors to apply online so they do not have to print the forms and send them to the client. The old look and feel were preserved, allowing the client to recognize their website. The new content also helps the visitors find whatever info they need easily.
