CLIMB
Situation
The client wanted a website because they wanted to establish an online presence but had a bit of difficulty with deciding on the design. There was no logo or images for the team to use, and all they provided were some reference sites to help the team understand their desired layout.
Challenges
The client did not have a logo which presented challenges for the team. The team usually uses logos to craft a design based on the client’s preference. Color choices and site layout have been based around the client’s logo in the past. Essentially, the team had to rely on the different reference sites to get an idea of the client’s preference.
Solution
The team constructed a site using the different reference sites the client sent and their feedback.
Site construction steps:
- Inspiration was taken from the client’s words about diet and lifestyle to choose a color palette.
- Different buttons and icons were designed to make them distinct and pleasing to the eye.
- The text was also strategically placed in spots the eyes usually concentrate on when viewing.
Outcome
The site was successfully launched to match the client’s preferences. The client information was placed in strategic points of the site to help visitors find what they need at a glance. A relaxing color palette was chosen to help visitors focus on the information presented. Finally, a chat option was made to answer the patient’s questions for easy information.
